Shipping & Return policies
For all shipping and returns questions please email us through our customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can not help you or take orders through our social media platforms.
Fresh herbs return policy:
Due to the delicate nature of fresh herbs and time consuming nature, we don’t offer returns, or refunds. We try everything we can to ensure your herbs get to you in the best condition. We always Harvest and ship within 24 hours, and only ship overnight.
Shipping Fresh Herbs:
We are not responsible for lost packages, damaged, or unattended to mail. We provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped in your invoice. If there are any issues with your package, please contact UPS. Please always double check your mailing address. We can not offer to reship a product/herbs if you entered it incorrectly.
Rerun policy for apothecary:
Unfortunately due to the size of our business we can’t offer any refunds or returns of apothecary products at this time. We hope you understand.
However, We will replace any apothecary product that gets broken in postage. Please send us an email (email@example.com) with a picture so we can ship you a new product.
Because of the size of our farm, heavy workload, and reducing carbon emissions by minimizing our trips to the post office we only ship Monday-Wednesday.
If you place an order on Monday or Tuesday, it may not be packaged and shipped until the following Monday. This means shipping can take up to two weeks. If you need something right away please send us an email letting us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
